Arrive from the south side of Palm Jumeirah.
Keep Dubai Harbour to starboard side and breakwater of palm crescent to port.
Pass Dubai Harbour island to your starboard and palm crescent breakwater (One & only 101) to port.
Maintain heading and enter channel between Oceana Residences and Frond P.

Arrive from North side of Palm Jumeirah.
Keep Dubai mainland coast to port side and breakwater of palm crescent to starboard.
Pass private island to your port and palm crescent breakwater to starboard.
Maintain heading and enter channel between Tiara Residences and Frond A.
1. The correct safety attire for the chosen activity, including life jackets when applicable must be worn.
2. The advice and instructions of the Nakheel Marinas personnel are binding and must be adhered to at all times.
3. All children/minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when inside Nakheel Marinas, and should not be left unaccompanied at any time.
4. For the safety and comfort of all our valued customers, pets must be kept on a leash at all times within Nakheel Marinas.
5. Nakheel Marinas does not accept any responsibility whatsoever, for any property damage, injuries/accidents or death arising from any of the facilities whilst being in the premises.
6. Jet skiing is prohibited within Nakheel Marinas.
7. It is not allowed to carry fuel in containers onto any vessel(s) while berthed in Nakheel Marinas.
8. All safety equipment must be stored onboard vessels (including sufficient personal floatation devices), and equipment must be in date and in good working condition. The equipment may be utilized at any time by Nakheel Marina personnel.
9. It is not allowed to swim or dive in Nakheel Marina without permission from the Management.
10. Fishing or laying of nets is strictly forbidden in Nakheel Marina
