1. The correct safety attire for the chosen activity, including life jackets when applicable must be worn.
2. The advice and instructions of the Nakheel Marinas personnel are binding and must be adhered to at all times.
3. All children/minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times when inside Nakheel Marinas, and should not be left unaccompanied at any time.
4. For the safety and comfort of all our valued customers, pets must be kept on a leash at all times within Nakheel Marinas.
5. Nakheel Marinas does not accept any responsibility whatsoever, for any property damage, injuries/accidents or death arising from any of the facilities whilst being in the premises.
6. Jet skiing is prohibited within Nakheel Marinas
7. It is not allowed to carry fuel in containers onto any vessel(s) while berthed in Nakheel Marinas.
8. All safety equipment must be stored onboard vessels (including sufficient personal floatation devices), and equipment must be in date and in good working condition. The equipment may be utilized at any time by Nakheel Marina personnel.
9. It is not allowed to swim or dive in Nakheel Marina without permission from the Management.
10. Fishing or laying of nets is strictly forbidden in Nakheel Marina
11. Fishing must be done with the government fisheries guidelines followed on restricted species, no fishing zones and minimum catch sizes and to obtain licenses for both quotas and fish sizes. Fish should only be gutted/cleaned on-board the vessel or in the designated fish cleaning area with the waste to be disposed of in the facilities provided.
12. Members are entitled to free ice from the marina ice stores.
13. Water cut off guns on hoses must be used at all times.
14. Dumping of bilge water, sewage, oils and any foreign bodies is strictly forbidden in Nakheel Marinas Waterways.
15. Only biodegradable washing liquids and boat care products are allowed to be used in Nakheel Marinas.
16. Vessels should not be moored, sailed or maneuvered in such a manner as to create a danger, obstacle or inconvenience to any other vessel user, member or guest. Navigation rules must be abided by.
17. Cooking onboard yachts, with barbecues, open grills, retrofit cooking apparatus which is not quality assured or marine grade is forbidden in Nakheel Marina.
18. Cooking on the pontoons is strictly forbidden.
19. Smoking of Shisha is strictly forbidden in Nakheel Marinas.
20. In order to carry out any contractors works in the Nakheel Marinas the necessary documents must be provided and completed. This can be provided to you at the Marina Office.
21. Nakheel Marinas reserves the right to exclude members, employees or representatives from the marina facilities and walkways if such persons are believed to have been involved with or have displayed behavior deemed inappropriate by Nakheel Marinas Management.
Nakheel Marinas reserves the right to restrict any vessel movement within the marina for safety, security or promotional purposes
22. Nakheel Marinas reserves the right to restrict any cars, buses or trucks from parking within the marina parking area for safety and security reasons.
24. The maximum speed limit in Nakheel Marinas is 5Knots ‘No Wake Zone’.
25. All set forth rules and terms and conditions within the berthing contract must be adhered to at all times whilst in Nakheel Marinas
